Tai-Chi Chuan (basics + intermediate)All students will be given the opportunity to study the various forms of Tai-Chi Chuan from China, with emphasis on body movement and various weapon handling. This is ideal for those who wish to learn a flowing, internal technique that uses slow but precise martial arts. All available weaponry allowed.

Jiu-Jutsu / Taijutsu (advanced)*A form that relies completely on body skill, jiu-jutsu is sometimes called taijutsu as a reference to the sole dependence on the body. The lessons will focus on grappling and striking techniques, with emphasis on posture and body movement. Weaponry limited to: tanto (dagger), bo (staff), kakushi buki (concealed weapons), and nunchaku.

Free-for-all Sparring / Cool down / Work out Students from the various Martial Arts forms may train together or spar. This is an excellent time to share lessons with each other and make friends!

AikidoThe basics of self-defense. This Japanese martial arts was developed to blend with the attacker's motion instead of directly opposing it. Ideal for people who wish to defend themselves without harming their attacker. May be loosely referred to as a 'casual' martial arts form.

Consultation / Extra trainingStudents who wish to pursue further training or to master a specific form may consult with me after classes. Private training may be granted upon request.
